Description

Actually it's an electric-powered trolleybus, but someone certainly painted it up. Thanks for looking!

I had forgotten what antiques those are. They replaced tracked trollies on Harper in Detroit in the early fifties but are of the 1930's. I rode one on Union Street in San Francisco to the Union street Egg Shoppe for an omelette in 1974. I just had to sample all the public conveyances in that city but BART was on stike. SAMSUNG is "too come." A video site I saw on the Webbie Awards a few years ago was an award winner.

Fantastic and fun! Did you paint this bus or is it really multicolored? I love how you made the background monochromatic and let the bus pop as the main subject.

in the early days of Dallas they had many trolley cars and trains to neighboring towns but the popularity of cars closed the trolleys down. there is still a limited service in the downtown area. excellent selective coloring. what country is this-Russia?

l not only an amazing bus but a great treatment of the photo - it really drags you eye to the focal point and keeps it interested. Wonderful stuff :)

Wonderful photo, Aaron -- I love the composition (movement/lines), the tones and colours as the bus is in sharp contrast with the rest of the environment -- Superb! fav
