Description

A shot of the 16th century castle in Lisboa, Portugal. I know this one has been photographed many times, so I decided to do my take on it. I applied some post work to make it a bit dreamy. Thanks for viewing :) Four more days until the new year!! Hope everyone is doing well today!

Absolutely love what you have done to this. You have turned a dream image or a fantasy image into reality. Great work! It would be fun to see your original photograph.

Very nice. You've almost given it a Bryce quality.

Great work - it has a very nice soft focus quality that straddles the line between photography & digitally created art...

You're right about the century. And thats it. In fact its a monument to the discovers of the route to India erected by the King Manuel I. Manuellian style - later barroc. Its just a piece of art and NEVER has been used as a fortress. The best place to take a picture of this is on the other side of the river. I'll take some pictures of Lisbon when I can't get walk any longer. But its quite good specially because there no turists around.
