Description

Minnesota remains rather snowless, sadly. But, the tractor sits patiently waiting until the frost has melted away. The days grow longer now, YAY!! I am back for a bit after recovering from a very rough month with health issues and such. Thanks for the visit. Jodie :0)

Wow, this is a stunning composition of all the significant elements on the old tractor! The coloring is excellent, almost as if you colored selectively? There is also the frost telling of a bitterly cold MN, despite the lack of snow. Happy new year to you and the family!

This is a damn fine shot, despite being just a tad blurry. The atmosphere you've created here is just great, smokey and cold but somehow warmly sentimental. Perfect for the season. Glad you're feeling better.

The soft focus works for me lending a sense of moodines to it. I don't find it sad as if abandoned, but more resting up for another long hard summer of work. Nice work

Interesting capture of the tractor even though, not being familiar with the vehicles, I can't figure out what that item is to the right of the steering wheel. Your snowless Minnesota plight is currently typical of many areas around the world, even up around the Baltic Sea. It's what is referred to in most circles as GLOBAL WARMING.

Beautiful photo. I can remember bumping along on a tractor like that, my granddad driving. I have to wonder how painful sitting in one of those metal seats all day must have become. Hope you get to feeling well soon, and that you have a great New Year.

It looks like Home S I am rather enjoying this snowless Winter -- we were blessed with some of that white stuff for Christmas -- now for all I care, it can all go away -- like, to Denver!
