Description
I looked outside my window and noticed how soft and lovely the late afternoon light looked during an overcast november day. I placed this mini pumpkin (about 4 inches in size) amongst some plants and framed the whole scene against the white sky. In Photoshop I combined a high contrast image of a sky I had photographed and blended it with the pumpkin image. I used a wide aperture and further enhanced the softness in Photoshop.
