This is very lovely! It reminds me of when I first got a computer, and my favorite desktops were tiles of one design(within Windows). Little did I know.... lol q-: Wonderful colors 'n' designs! (:

Googlin' I find a town in Africa, a bird in New Zealand and Indians somewhere in Brazil. No information on Kalopa tiles. They remind me to some design patterns in that nice 'Symmetry in Chaos' (1992) of Michael Field and Martin Golubitsky. Yours is very interesting and the colors are great.
