I love the mood of this shot, just looking at it relaxes me. I initially looked at it because in the thumb I thought someone was in a mermaid outfit! Well done though, despite the lack of mermaid ;)

hmm i think its time your dad bought you a new camera, the way you are using this one tells me you could handle/use a better one and your pictures sure show that. Ok Dad spend the money on your daughter and get her a good digital camera..help the young lady out with something she enjoys doing.

I think the most interesting thing about this picture is the extremely low point of view. Usually this would make the main point of interest look bigger or more intimidating or important, but I think in this case it really helps to calm the mood instead.
