It's not far from being an excellent render. Try to improve your surfaces, especially greenery : add some more layers (with slighty different colors, and some aeras of darker greens), add some bumpiness to simulate the trees in the distance. Take a look to my renders of tropical islands if you want. Concerning the postwork, I think the picture is a little bit over-sharpened. A great work anyway.

You've come so far in so short a time... This is a beautiful daytime... Excellent terrain, pov and lovely surfacing... I have to agree with Tiwiwine, a few more grassy layers and it will be perfect.
