Fantastic! Reminds me of the old school hard sci-fi pics. Really fills me with that sense of awe and wonder they invoked in me as a child.

TwoPynts - glad you have that reaction to it - it was inspired by the likes of Peter Elson, Chris Foss etc - from work I have in a book from 1979 called 'Spacewreck' - I have realised what an enormous impact their work had on me. :) efron 241 - no it's mean't to be as it reads - the Last Ark - as in a colonising ship from some distant dying world. :)

Great image Adam and even better at full size. Don't reckon much to their chances on that rock though!

Hmm, that wrecked ship reminds me of something .. hmm. Perhaps the shipyard, kind of. As always a fan of your work!

Superb work, atmosphere, planets and ship are outstanding. I got to look into C4D for its modeling.

A great tribute to the work of Angus McKie, with wonderful simularities to his original piece as it appears in The Terran Trade Authority Handbook entitled 'Spacewreck'

I like this and when i saw it was a tutorial my heart skipped a beat, then my heart stopped beating for a second when i saw the word "Imagine FX". Why is it us poor Australians can't get good mags unless we pay through the nose to have them sent over. Oh well keep up the good work KK.
