Description

Aloooooooooha! Hope everyone has recovered from our holidays...and if your like me just hatin' going back to work. I need a job like Andreas, where I can cruise now and then on the net at work....No such luck at my job. I digress.... A rainy day, a bottle of Courvoisier, some wine glasses, home lighting, and way to much time to kill. Sadly I don't drink, but I have been known to have one now and then. I received this bottle from my good buddy Errol aka Sharky, five years ago on my birthday. I told him I would only drink this on a very special occasion. From the looks of things I haven't had a real reason to celebrate the right occasion in five years, my birthday is this month....I have a feeling this will change with the birth of a couple grandchildren in May '07. For me that would be the right occasion. And you can bet the bottle won't look like this after the births. Many thanks to all who have left comments and great advice over last year. Here's hoping we all have some "Happy Moments" to celebrate this year...Much Aloha to All~

Ooooo, I remember when I was in Spain. Boy, did I drink some really great stuff there. Hope you get to enjoy it on your birthday. Or maybe not. Aged to perfection. I mean the Cognac. Aloha, great shot and lighting.

Sparkling and untainted by time! Your capture does justice to the celebrations you have in mind. Good luck, not for a job like Zacko's, but for the grandkids due. Happy birthday!

Wonderfully lit! Perfect arrangement and super clarity. If anything - the corners of your "tent" become visible - cloning them out would probably enhance the professional look the image has already!

I am impressed that you resisted the temptation these past 5 years. That is a delicious cognac. Errol is a good buddy. :) Grandkids sounds like the perfect occasion to break this baby open -- I wish I could raise a glass with you at the time. Wonderful product photography here. Aloha!
