Description
Now that I can do chrome images I just had to do one of my favorite comic book super heros from my childhood. This was rendered in Poser, Backround in Vue D'Esprit and Final touches in Photoshop.
As Per Comments.. I removed the ear off the surfer because it is true he doesn't have any in the comics.. Thanks.

Nice image, the background and composition is fabulous... the silver surfer dosent have ears in the comics. Also the direction of the pose dosent match the direction of the surfboard.

Gonna have to follow sturkwurk's lead, this is a great start, but the pose seems wrong to me, the Surfer's a majestic, placid kinda cosmic being, he wouldn't have that pose, in my mind. Good chrome, good background.
