Great facial expression and hair. The womans pose is good as well. Reminds of that scene of Gandalf and those flying beasts of Return of the King. Maybe some more shadow beneath her dress, especially her left foot. Considering how bright it is, there should be more of a shadow.

I must say the pose, composition and the expression on the woman's face as well as the hair are fantastic. I would try to add more atmosphere, texture and a sense of depth to make it "pop" out at you. :)
