Description

I had a great idea for 'motion trails,' but didn't execute it as expected. I'm just honestly putting my work here, good, or bad, and someone could find the basic idea inspiring or useful...

Very inspiring image !!! It's quite an intriguing idea...something to bainstorm on !!! I find your sword motion already superb !!! Maybe the gaps between the actual image and the ones where you have changed opacity is a bit too large and maybe adding some motion blur would enforce the effect...I am not quit sure...yet...but you have really tickled my curiousity here...i think i am gonna do some experimenting...lol...thank you so much for haning this idea !!! Anyway...your tryout looks mighty good already !!! Smashing idea and job !!!

Great idea, Ashok - I'm thinking you were hoping for a smoother looking transition..... well no doubt, if you keep trying you will achieve it soon enough!! As for now, your attempt is excellent - I admire your imagination!!

i tried this couple of times too. a little motion blur might help a little i think and maybe playing with the brightness on each step. love your experiments my friend.you're teaching us all a lot of new tricks. thanks.
