Description

This is based on a picture I shot with my Minolta Dimage in early August. I was on my way home from Estes Park on Highway 7 ..And saw this lonely tree that seemed to be in peace, IE very dead. Postwork in PS CS. What is missing are the multiple grass hoppers around my legs! Not good to wear shorts in a wild field lol :) Cheers all! The tree looks as though it is in some sort of dance posture. This is beautiful. I love the August colors, the terrain. the sky and grass treatment. x:)

I would have loved to see the tree where the directional patterns converge to but having said this it still is an excellent post worked (and appealing) image.

Fantastic image of this beautiful landscape, the colors and light are wonderful. Outstanding postwork too, painting like and it gives the pic a dramatic touch. Excellent work!!

Lol Newbie :) .. I perhaps should have uploaded the raw pic,, But as you know, I tend to mess with my photos .. but as a series, had to stick with my postwork style on this, extrusions and all .. What is funny, I visited another artist here tonight, and looked at his favorite pics... Turns out Zacko has a tree by the same name uploaded in July last year I believe .. (A pure photo, and marvelous) What is next for me? Not sure ... :) All the best! Kurt
