Very nice bit of realism! - the surfaces are very convincing, particularly the metals. Wasn't entirely sure of the scaling of those small cups, are they for Espresso? - the tiles could maybe do with a bit more bump/displacement to make the grout recede a little! - great work though!

Only and ONLY the tiles give away the fact that itis not a photograph image, maybe the scaling, maybe their being so clean, I really don't know. But eventhe tiles alone are alot better than most many images I have seen here! OUTSTANDING work!

Many thanks for your comments. I will try to make some modifications (scaling, tile, etc) to reach the "real thing":)

Great lighting. would love to see a wireframe rendering also. I agree on making the grout dirtier.

Great work, since I hadn't seen any of your work on the gallery for the last weeks, I knew you were coming up with something great.

Looks like a photo to me! Maybe the water shouldn't be quite so clean looking? I've seen a scene like this done by most 3d programs and this is one of the best I've seen of the genre. Really like the idea of sunlight coming in through a window and partially lighting the scene. Here's one that was done in C4D: http://www.3dluvr.com/janine/kueche.jpg

Ciao! If you are not Italian... Err... Let me know and I'll try to translate this message...
