Description
Vesper rules over the elemental plane of water in the Knights of Legend fantasy world. I don't have a lot of background written for her yet but thought it would be a fun picture to draw.

(Oh and if anyone knows of a prop to create air bubbles, I'd appreciate a link! I don't have photoshop so I have to rely on Poser props or MS Paint!)
