Description
This is meant to be sort of a tribute to the Mortal Kombat game franchise, with all its faux-Chinese and -Japanese design elements. To capture that spirit in this image, I made up this goofy hybrid costume; you might think of it as part ninja, part harem dancer. I also considered the possibility that, if this were a Mortal Kombat character, her name would probably be something like "Killeena" or something like that.
As with some of my past works, first I did a 3D render of just the girl with no costume, then covered it up with my line-art and colors. I really fell in love with the subject because she turned out so well. It took all the power I had to resist the temptation to call this image, "Babe-ality."
