Description

First off, you really gotta check out the full sized image on this to appreciate it. This is from the same shoot of an earlier posting of mine; "Rose for Mandy". There were several comments on that post saying that is was too dark. Though I would typically have agreed with those I was going for a particular effect with that one. ( And after viewing it on a non-LCD monitor it was particularly dark ) Anyhow again, same shoot, I really liked how the center of the rose turned out in this one, the water drops are up for consideration I suppose but I will certainly try again, doing that one shoot was a major learning experience for me. :) Thank you muchly for feedback on the last post, "GT" (Could someone tell me how to post a thumbnail pretty please ? ) As always, feedback is appreciated! Including those who think this is too dark as well! ;) ciao! -jm

Great photo, the rose looks so soft and delicate. The colours look awesome and I think it's just right(not too dark and not to light). Great romantic atmosphere to it :> Thanks for sharing...
