Description
This is an updated image after using the Neat Image noise filter.
My first thought of this guy was either he was "drop"ed one to many times on his head or he is still celebrating the new year or hasn't the world seen enough waterdrop pics.
Just thought I'd share a waterdrop capture, I tried waterdrop pics back in the 70's with an SLR and black and white film with limited success and was discouraged by the turn around time even though I was processing my own. So inspired by a few pics here on Renderosity I decided to try again.
If you are not too bored by waterdrops, I have uploaded a few of my better captures at http://picasaweb.google.com/magadg3000 and invite all those interested to visit.

Lovely image - very creative capture. A water drop personified. I took the liberty of visiting your link and was amazed at all your drops, stunning work! I was even more amazed to notice that you have a trigger system - I suppose to assist in time the shutter to the exact spot you want it at. Wow.

Thanks all for the nice comments. For antong. Yes the trigger will delay the flash to capture the drop around the time of impact. I just open the shutter in a very dark room then start the drop. And a thousand or so shots later, a drunken water drop. Credit for the color goes to neon green food dye...

Really interesting! - You might want to think of running the full size images through a noise reduction filter, like neat image! That probably would add to the overall appeal!
