Description

Initially I recreated my basic living room in CG to test how different paint and furniture would look. Then I became curious how a radiosity render might look, and so filled it out with some stock props. A little post proc in Fusion. After a few tests, I see that LW radiosity leaves something to be desired. It does not trace specularity, or thru transparent surfaces, and it does not really have a realistic bounce intensity. This scene also needed helper area lights outside the windows to match the ambient outdoor light.

so you did turn off the lights intensities for the radiosity?? except for the one acting as the sun. I see 4 lights. Just curious to what Rad settings u used.. Looks pretty good..some rendering artifacts, all in all looks great..

It looks amazingly real. Particularly the fan and the carpet. The lighting is really perfect.
