Description
This is my latest WIP. I have decided to try and make a model of the Michell Gyrodec SE turntable, which has been my favorite for a long time. This is what I got so far. I still need to make the tonearm and all the mechanics involved in that. That's gonna be the really hard part. The rest of the scene was merely to get a quick idea of what it looks like. Modelled entirely in C4D.
Any suggestions will be most velcome
Regards
Ian

Good image but light's too bright. Did you use radiosity?
Carnifex
Yes, radiosity was used but this is not the final scene. This is merely a placeholder to see if the materials look ok. The scene is nothing more than a cube with a simple material and a single omnilight. That's all. Thanks for the nice comments all.

I find that when using radiosity its best use lower power lights, about 70% of that you would use to light the model without radiosity. This is more apparent in a white room like in your image because of all that light bouncing about. Great image, well done !!
