The characters, their poses, textures, etc, are good. The walls, table, chairs and floor lack some definite depth and texture/realism. Could be really touching with softer tones and softer shadows.

Ozgod, I have to disagree. I have spent sooo much time in surgical waiting rooms lately... the lighting is usually overhead fluorescent, harsh and uncomfortable. That's what I was going for. Many thanks for your comments, however. :-)

I agree Sybil. The detail here is nice, but gosh dang. It's too NICE to be a surgical waiting room, maybe the waiting room in a private office. Hehe, but still.. this is a job well done.
