Hello folks, hope everyone has started a new year beautifully.
I've been enjoying the second winter holiday. I went to hot spring with a best friend last week and we really had nice time with big bath and gorgeous foods. We stayed at a classical Japanese style hotel, we wore Yukata in there and took a lot of funny photos. (Yukata looks very similar with Kimono. Kimono is made by silk and it is very expensive, but Yukata is very cheap since it is made by cotton. The people of old times wore the Yukata as pajamas and an everyday wear) The hotel has a small skating rink outside, and we enjoyed skating and sledging around the rink like kids for a while. It was so fun! All kids in Hokkaido learn skating in primary school(it is speed skating), of course I learned it, too, so everyone here is able to do skate....at least in childhood. I learned speed skating at school and learned figure skating another place for a few years. I still am not a good skater, though, I love to do skate very much. My friend and I had to slip and fall on our behind first, but recalled how should do skate smoothly somehow. I once was able to spin and jump, but unfortunately my body didn't work well at all this time lol. Taking the bath after skate was soooo nice, and the foods were really nice, too! It was a perfect trip for us, I wish I can go there with her again!
I'm going to move my place next month, I'll be busy for packing and unpacking in a few weeks. I have to do many things to make my new place and life comfortable. No worries if I'm absent a lot from here, I'm not sickness. I think my cats will become very nervous when the place is changed but I hope they like new rooms and enjoy their new life!
