The character is a mix of morphs and skins again but one thing I know is that those wonderful eyes behind the hood are Ilona's Witch Hour. Thank you :)
The pose may be Ilona's also, I don't remember. I had to tweak it to bring her wrists together and not let her lose balance lol

reminds me of a fish woman (mermaid ? Zeemeermin in Dutch, one of the most beautiful words in our language [personal opinion]. It means "more or less the Sea" if you translate it litterly.. and in a way that goes for this image..).. The legs and the elements near the hood are for the sea... but.. she is in jail.. That mood is well portrayed here.. the light ads to the special atmo.. Wonderfull imaginantion you have and you did a wonderful thing with it.. in making this art ! Bravo
