Description


G'day. This is a photo of an old ship wreck at Phillip Island (southn east of melbourne). Its known as the Speke and was wrecked in 1906. Only the bow and a few bits of metal sheets are left. Cheers Lou

Excellent composition and I love the textures of the rusted metal and rocks. So now we know - leave any iron metals near the sea, and they disappear after 100 years. LOL Well captured!

Great photo, love the capture. It saddens me a little to see the remains of a ship, for one that drifted and glided over the water in a graceful way to be on the rocks.
