Description

time and time again I try to build a scene with heavy sea. But I archieve it not really. I hope you like this one. Ship is Victory by the Hankster here from the Market place. Rendered in Vue 6 and a bit PS work on the foam. Thank for your kind comments and suggestions. Wish you a great Sunday!!!!!!!!!

I think it's perfect the way it is now. Leave it alone - it's already a masterpiece.

These ships must be crewed by men struck dumb by fever... one ship is heading straight for shore with no sails set, to crash ashore aided by the tides: the other is sailing with every stitch she can carry, bound to hit the rocks as fast as she can...not a good scenario in either case! Suggestion, go to: www.scrimshawgallery.com. Find the "Paintings and Prints" section, and look over the artists, Geoff Hunt, Geoffery Huband, Charles Vickery, John Stobart, etc. These are 2D artists, yes, but since you are doing 3D work that is like 2D, they are great resources/artists to study for this genre. Keep it up...

Rough sea is always very difficult and you have done a really good job. The lighting is also very good.
