Description
Vue6I, Linda's Lush Plants and PSP for smudging: Playing around with water mats. This image uses three terrains for the water with a water rapids material I devised. It requires the use of a smudge brush in PSP or Photoshop to feather out the water edges a bit, but it gets you reasonably close.
