Hello all!
Another collage today- couldn't decide what to put up so I put up this big thing lol.. hard to believe that this is the inner city in southern California LA area... took Chrissy and her friends down to see the many birds this past week at Sepulveda Basin Reserve in Van Nuys!! Most of the birds that day were too far to shoot well even with a long lens but we got a few and Chrissy even got to try out my friends cam.
Havn't been on here too much of late with a few projects taken up my time ( today I have to go shoot a child actor for head shots) but wanted to come on and say hi today as I think about you all and this wonderful site so often ...
will be back on later tonight to try and catch up on some comments ( if my kids will get off the comput lol uhm fraid they think it belongs to them now lol) * please look at it full size to see it won't look too good any other way I think,....

Very beautiful photographs of a marvellous site... a sample of paradise, within an extremely populated urban metropolis... of cars!!! (hi hi). A miracle of the men, helped in that by a nature which wants to always take again its rights!

Superb collage of this wonderful area, Kimmers! I don't know how you do it, but only you could find a real gem in a place like LA! LOL! There really are some nice spots in the County if you stroll off the main path! Fantastic captures all across the board here, and it looks like it was a great outting for the kids! It just goes to show that Van Nuys can be Very Nice! LOL! Outstanding work, Kimmers, great to you post!

Wonderful collage. Great color and clarity in those photos. Wonderful cooperative subjects too! ;) Two shot stand out to me. The 3 airborn kids, and you with an enormous lens on your camera...or am I going crazy. Good grief, it is a wonder you don't fall flat on your face from the weight! LOL! I also love the character displaying his wing span for the camera. Fabulous shots!

A wonderful collage sis... Excellent pics and great clarity as well I had cousins who lived in Van Nuys,Calif they loved it..but are now in Naples Fla I think they like the year round temps their:) Had my first treatment today....am hoping not sick tonight... Cool group of photos Lady... the ones of the kids in the middle is particularly neat.. and that one of the hot babe with the long lens camera is not too bad either.. is that a poser image overlaid over the photo??...LOL... ok.. you can thump me... LOL

That is a pretty big lens & camera for a little kid??? WOW!!!! I personally know that LA can be a very beautiful place, just look past the houses and asphalt, you'll find the paradise they all moved there for!!!!!!!! cool collage!!!! Great collage of the gorgeous birds there, Kim! The Sepulveda Basin is about 38 miles from me, so I was thinking of going up there to take some photos in a few months. I used to fly model planes in the basin several years ago before they had the bird sanctuary. Maybe you can get a second hand computer for your kids, so they won't claim yours as theirs.
