I live in West Linn, Oregon along with my wife Sarah and our two cats, Stormy and Paws.
I am currently using a Kodak 7590 Digital Camera for Photography, Texture capture, and composit/matte referencing.
I currently am using Photoshop as my main tool.
I recently turned 26, and have completed my first year at the Art Institute of Portland. I am currently thinking of switching majors to Game Art and Design from Media Arts and Animation.

Actually, it is possible to do all that in Terragen itself. That's useful to know if you want to enter contests where post-processing isn't allowed. You have inspired me to try my hand at tropical water like that. I have seen plenty of photographs, but it never occurred to me to try...until now. :) In doing similar things, try getting the surface map to look like a tropical jungle.

Hey thanks for your comments, I don't seem to get too many.. I wasn't aware that you could do color saturation and what not in terragen itself, I have only been using the program for a few weeks. I will try messing with the sruface map, as it stands right now there is a high rez text-map of sand on there.
