Description

I took this picture with the contrast of the statue and the lovers in the background. I like the long crop and the building in the background, I think it gives it a hectic busy life feeling, and then all your eyes can focus on is the love in the image. Agree? Love to hear your opinions on this one, comments always appreciated :-) ~~ Lashia ~~

I too like the wide crop, and the fact that you composed them to the left side like that. Thats perfect...but...unfortunatly my eyes cant really focus on the love because of the tilted background. Because its crooked like that, i find myself looking more and more to the right actually...away from the statue. Sorry, but i really feel you should rotate this one some.

The image is well built up and cleverly composed. The slight rotation suits the image and the idea well, I think it's a plus..!

Well combining Andreas and TRRazor's comments, I think applying a vertical symmetry could give you an even more interesting composition...? Perfect choice for B&W !

I don't see anything wrong with the tilt. My eyes roam from the two lovers to the large statue and I think that is what you are going for? I like it very much.

I don't know, Lash, I see the statue of the lady centaur and her ride but don't see any lovers in the background. I see a couple of people sitting in a balcony but that's about all. Anyway, nice b & w capture!
