Description

This picture was taken at Hana Bay, Maui.... The hotel where I stayed provided an entry to the beach.. this is where I was watching the Sunrise come up from the East. As the Sun came up I noticed glowing rays of sunlight hitting against the ocean waves and travel to the black lava pebbles. I have never seen such beauty! Look at each lava pebble and know that it took many many years for the ocean to whittle down to the size of each rock. Now imagine a full beach of tiny black lava rocks..........

Great Image Subject. Water Is Favorite Subject Anyway ! On The Black Rock (Hawaii !) makes this a classic image !

Really nice, Mystery Lady (LOL). The bubbly white waves scuttering across the smooth rocks is great. Wonderful depth here as well. I sure wish we had figured out the problem with creating your avatars though. They seem to have the same specs as mine and yet we just can't get yours accepted by RR. Anyone out there have any idea what our problem is? I know I'm stumped...
