Description

Much of Lake Superiors shores look like the cliffs at Split Rock --- (yesterdays image) --- so this is really 'nothing' by comparison. But, we ventured along this shore on our drive home and thought it was kinda pretty. COLD --- but, still pretty. Thanks again for stopping by .. hope you guys have a great day. Shari

Lovely, and very nicely composed. I disagree with the above that this should be rotated in the clockwise (or counterclockwise, for that matter) direction. It would give the lines an unappealing slant, especially of the far shore against the already downsloping line of the deeper water.

Well done Shari, this is a huge lake and Olivier may well have meant a slight correction the other way.. You can get some idea of the vastness by the colour of the far side of the water..

Brrrrrr....looks quite a bit different from our North shore in the islands....but a beautiful shot none the less...I would last about 30 seconds in this kind of weather.....Aloha~
