I think the model is really cool! you did a great job with that. I would like to take issue with your lighting though. if it is raining, then there are clouds in the sky and the light would be diffused. unless this is a gap in the clouds... uhm.. dunno . well anyway.. i think it would be better if you diffused the shadows somehow. maybe took the parameters down in the shadow map? regardless of that, it is a wonderful piece of work. :)
