no this is not an old photo, i took this in
colorado southern mountains about 10 years ago.
took it with a canon 35 mm camera.

so you was fortunate to have such a vista outside of your home. I grew up in a 1 and then later 3 room shack. my mother sold a tract of land in return of a man to remodel a chicken house into two bedrooms. the chicken house was far better constructed than the one room house

It is evident you have good memories despite the derelict state. Nothing capturing memories like B&W - my opinion.
