I learnt to appreciate a scene like this thanks to your special captures. I am amazed how you control the lighting and contrast not to let the finer detail and texture on the white parts disappear. The comment from Doug: does it mean the snow was deposited on the trunc by a strong wind? Excellent work as always, it's been a pleasure looking once again.

what a most beautiful compo this is jodie look at that winter wonderland !!... hey- it snowed here in southern cal for 15 minutes first time since 1989 ran and got my cam then it was slush lol... gorgeous shot !!
