Description
hi everyone, thankyou so much for all your kind comments on my last image. This is a shot i took last summer. i went to my favourite dragonfly haunt. This was the only blue dragonfly at the pond, i believe it was a male emperor, it would not settle for a decent shot but it kept flying over to my other half and checking him out. so i focused on him and waited for the dragonfly to do his stuff, but he was so quick, this was the best shot i could get that day. It was so difficult, i didnt want to stay there too long and stress him out as we were in his territory.

Way to plan for a shot on the fly, so to speak. You really did well considering your limited time frame.

It's a pity that I do not have English perfectly because this face is very impressive and touches me so much! Congratulations to have seized such a moment!
