This is Polly Argyris, aka Battery. She's the daughter of the respected plastic surgeon, Artemus Argyris (aka Fleshcrafter). Being a supervillain runs in her family - her father, his wife/midlife crisis, and all five of her aunts are all supervillains. Battery absorbs, stores, and transfers energy. Unfortunately, the most offensive use of her power involves her sucking people's life out through skin contact, so she tends to be a fairly laidback supervillain. Not one you see on the news often. Polly is in college, pursuing a degree in Petroleum Engineering and a relationship with an older woman named Alexandra Lee. She might even get around to producing some grandchildren like her daddy wants. More about the setting and universe can be found here. I recommend reading it from earliest to latest.
