Description
Test with Painter IX this time, trying to loosen up a bit. I had problems with the hair and took it in to Photoshop but it ended up being too fussy so I reworked it back in Painter.

think you made the right choice with the painted hair over the ps hair, it definately suits the rest of the image better with that looser look, great work on it and love the hair colour too
