Description
A common occurance for those of us heading into the latter half of our lives--looking into the mirror and wondering where all the years have gone. They pass so quickly. This is a character/emotion study done in portrait style. No post work; straight Poser. Uses Syyd Raven's Dragonessa texture and the DNA Hair, both available at Runtime DNA.

I dont know, this makes me sad....like two ships that pass in the night....She wonders....and the pain and sadness in those eyes actually hurts to look at....Can I say something? I dont want to embarrass you, but you got friends....the always and forever kind...

Nice work indeed and a poingant reflection. Yesterday, the 5th was my 34th birthday and, while I know that "mid 30's" isn't old by any stretch of the imagination... I already do wonder "where did it all go?" I suppose a close illustration can be found in the words of John Lennon. In 1965 he wrote in Help! "When I was young... so much younger than today." One could say that he was only 25 years old when he wrote that. he had his whole life ahead of him, or so the world thought. In reality he had already lived more than half of his life. It's all relative. I was only 14 or so when Lennon died at 40 and I thought "He was an old guy, it's not that bad." Now that 40 is getting closer and closer I realize just how young he really was. Amazing how your image and your sentiment drew all that from me... I guess that's what it was meant to do though. Good job!

It's Beautifull , even though I am young (21) , I know the feel. Thank you for such touching work.

This is very poignant work, great facial expression and beautiful textures. The hair, I feel, takes away from the image, the rest is so realistic..
