Description

just opened the box on my new digicam so I took it out for a quick spin in the light snow. not the greatest shot but still exciting (for me :D) yay for my first 'real' camera. oh, and I messed around with it in photochop to reduce the orange from the halogens

What a fantastic area for some good old fashioned alien abduction, especially farther down that road. Congratulations on the new camera, cool stuff. I like the tones, has a sepia feel to it. Nice work indeed!!

I would love to know the exposure info on this shot. Yiur new digital cam is doing fine and the eye behind it composes well. Stick with it...good stuff.

thanks all :D tom: Tv(Shutter Speed) 1.6Sec. Av(Aperture Value) F5.0 Metering Modes Evaluative metering Exposure Compensation 0 ISO Speed 400 Lens 18-55mm Focal Length 43.0 mm probably could have gone lower ISO and longer exposure, but I was freezing my ass off as it was ^_^ also desaturated reds and increased blue/cyan a tad in photochop
