Description

The Borribles...... what can you say about a society of feral urban children..... I wasn't sure which genre this would go under. Fantasy... well yes, lost children gone wild, like Mowgli. But since it happened in a city.... maybe it's more like Sci Fi. But then there are those kids in Mongolia who live in the sewers under the city streets... too real for some to handle. I figure The Borribles would make a good movie.... Mr. Lucas... Mr. Bresson.... Mr Gilliam? Anyone? comments welcome, please enjoy!

Great concept... Reminds me of my childhood on the mean streets of North philly. We were almost all fatherless children with working mothers who basically raised ourselves. However, we did have a roof over our heads and a place to call home. I'd like to see this develop into something more.
