Dear Kali, And help me face the conscious fears, too!!! Like the creepy crawlers I mentioned on the Gemini post!!!!!! Hmmm - I've never thought about it before, but the "Crab Nebula" instead of being in Cancer where you'd expect is in Taurus!! It's a pity that we missed out of that coincidence!!!! The association with the Moon is also an interesting one. When all the noise was bing made about Pluto's status as a planet or not, I kept right on petitioning for the one body that has REALLY been overlooked as a planet - and that is the Moon!! (By the way, there is only one "Moon" - everything else is a satellite of it's primary - our natural "satellite" is the "Moon." The use of "moon" (lower case) as a descriptive word is not really correct.) Anyway - from an orbital mechanics standpoint, the Moon is NOT a satellite of Earth - it is a co-planet because the gravitational influence upon it by the Earth is only .46 as much as the Sun. The Moon orbits the Sun just like Earth and it's orbit is petrubed by our Planet so that we think it sort of orbits us - but it doesn't!!!!! And if it doesn't orbit another planet - and becaseu of it's large size - it IS a planet!!! I've been arguing with Brian Marsden (the guy at the bottom of all the Pluto nonsense) for several years!! Like everyone else he very nicely says, "Go away, Blondie!" I'm considering filling suit for libel, slander, and discrimination on behalf of the Moon!!!! (I DID warn you in the previous post that I was in one of "those" frames of mind!!!!) ;-) Anyway - with water, we have completed our first cycle of the elements. (Although I wonder why they left out Aether - maybe that's reserved for the heavens????) Nice job on the white "boa!" Very cute "water" scene - love the cattails and relfections!!!!! Love ya!!!
