Description

hi everyone, i have been away for a few days so i have some catching up to do... thankyou for all your comments on previous images.. Today i have chosen to share a gull image that i took a couple of days ago at a nearby park. all i have done to it apart from the frame is to crop and turn the contrast up on it....i like the effect it has on it. many thanks for stopping by.

This is a great example of how motion blur can make an image come alive. There is so much emotion and dimension in this shot that . . . well, so much that I can't think of anything else to say about it. You did a good job -- most people don't appreciate motion blur.

The high contrast really makes this interesting. If you hadnt said it was a seagull i would have guessed that it was an eagle or something. I suppose its the motion that tricks you into thinking that....for some reason i only see gulls walking around on fields pooping all over the place....i just cant picture them flying at that velocity. LOL. #:o)
