I dedicate this image to 1Hawks1 for all his nice comments! Thank you so much! This image came to me while listening to the song Angel Eyes, hince the title... This is the best hair painting I think I have done.:) I thank you for looking and thanks for all your comments on my previous image as well as the ones you care to leave now! Have a Happy Thursday!!:)
I made the background in PS7 and also painted the hair in PS7
