Went for something a little different with this shot. The Praying Mantis was eating a fly.

This work has dramatic intensity. Your works are already outstanding examples of insect photography as art, but this image stands out for it's shockingly vivid drama and exquisite presentation. Well seen, well captured, and just flat out beautiful. The fact that you don't often get silhouettes in insect portraiture just makes it all the more powerful!
