Description

After the felted interiors and glasses (!), I like much the old frontages, the doors and the windows abandoned! Another contradictory side of my personality! What lived has a perfume of legend and I take pleasure by looking at them imagining the history of those which lived in these places. As for the titles, you do not put questions, I like to play with the words, with humour, but in English, it is not easy and I also often take again titles of songs or films which my photographs inspire to me. Here, it acts of the title of a film of Fran

Textures of old paint and rusty chains do make some really artistic images.I like the pin point close up for this shot.

ho! superb blue of a door that seams 2B well closed... In another way, the shiny handle, the old oxyded chain & the light blue of "her" wounded skin makes this door having probably a lot of legends and other secrets to tell... Anyway, this is another square that catch a sensible detail in a wonderfull way, xxxxx, thks 4share,

a contradiction to view, inviting one to turn the handle but chained from opening, makes one blue, well seen :)

Zibous ! :~)

I find this a marvelous close up shot. Color, texture, all work to create a mood the viewer may feel. That is a fine shot and presentation. Thankyou.

Bravo Janis! I love the contrasts of the handle and chain to the paint. This image captures so well the paradox of invitation coupled with a closed door. :)

Full of character and mood and I agree, I love the abandoned places for I can feel the history too.
