Description


This is my first attempt at character modelling. I am waiting for the next release of blender with the particle mode to do the hair. I'll have a true-colour render once that's done :) Blender 2.42

it is possible to make hair in current version of blender. Have seen tutorials of using weight paint and force fields making good looking hair. But have never gotten around doing those tuts myself.

Yes I've attempted it with the current version, but I find it quite hard to manage - I would have required at least 30 or 40 curve guides and they aren't the easiest to edit. Have you seen this? http://www.blendernation.com/2007/01/22/combing-brushing-and-cutting-hair-is-in-blenders-future/ It would seem to be a lot less of a headache :)
