Description

This is a picture of one of the Central Administration Buildings that are situated throughout Dystopia. Principally used for such routine function as employment benefit, work relocation offices, travel permit registration and similar mundane tasks. They also usually house a precinct of the MetroCon or the DPD, as well as underground holding cells and usually a MediCare centre. They are a vital hub for the citizens of Dystopia.
