Description

A revisit to our 'Mexican' room. The orchid died and has been replaced by African violets. The yucky-green paint is gone and has been replaced by a rich golden color which is catching the winter sun just fine. No postwork other than to remove an intruding corner from a cabinet. A warm, sunny picture for those not-so-warm nor sunny days. A large image, but I think it lost too much in resizing. Your choice on how you view it. Enjoy; thanks for viewing.

Dear TW, I finally got through awful December and am slowly getting my feet back on the ground. Things have been hectic!!!!! I did a quick scan on your gallery playing catch up. I saw the doorway from the mission in San Antonio!! Looks like you were down in my area of the world while I was gone! I really like you "dress up" ferret pictures - including the bloopers!!!! The Spoils of War was also a really neat collaboration, too!!! I really like all the warm tones of your "Mexican room." It reminds me of a place I stayed once in San Miguel!!! Such a magical area. I also really enjoyed Zacatecas. A little piece of centuries old Spain lost in the middle of Mexico!! The plants seem to be doing well here. Sorry about the loss of the orchid!! (It would have been worse had I been around - I can even kill off plastic plants!!!) I hope this is the start of a new posting spurt!! Now that I'm back up to speed I hope you are, too!!!!
