House is "Rustic Room" available in Renderosity Freebies. I greatly modified the textures. And outside the window is the "DAZ Cyclorama" with "Walenford lake" texture.
Chair is "Deco Redux" harp chair with "Groovy Upholstery" from DAZ.
Model is V4 with my morphs. Skin is "Helena" and eyes are "Genesis" (DAZ). Hair is "Sapphire Fox" hair with "Once Upon a Midnight Splendour" color and morphs (DAZ). Clothes are "Pharaohs of the Sun" (DAZ) for her top (with my texture and transparency) and Billy T's Jeans and boots (here in the store).
Minor postwork in photoshop.

I don't know how you have done it (being highly ignorant of Poser and to many extents immensely disliking it) there is a wonderful sense of warmness captured in the eyes of this character. Perhaps a more diffused level of shadows behind the figure will help to raise the realism
