Thanks for the comments, the lighting is one spot light and a distant light, full incirect lighting and caustics. The water is a model made in the vertex modeller, the main part is an extruded disc and the drops are slightly deformed spheres.

Liquid in motion: ther water texture is outstanding, what a nice contrast with the bowl and wooden floor. Reflections, specularity, effective use of lighting...all make for a pleasing and overall great work.
